The RNA Detail page provides more information about the RNA that was used to generate the phenotypic information. This page includes the primers used to generate the RNA, the position of the RNA on the cosmid, the length of the RNA, and the full sequence of the RNA. Clicking on the RNA sequence will run a BLAST search of this sequence at Wormbase.
